Overview
This article summarizes a 3 year project undertaken at the Earth Rangers Centre (ERC), including a major energy audit, capital planning and construction, followed by LEED EB: O&M certification. Proof of the success of the project is the September 2012 LEED EB: O&M Platinum certification of the ERC with 92 of a possible 110 points, the highest score in Canada to date.

  2. Explain the steps taken to get the building from LEED Gold to LEED Platinum.
  3. Understand how the changes made to the building impacted the certification level.
