Sustainable Architecture & Building Magazine [SABMag] covers sustainable, high-performance building and renovations of all types in Canada. It provides profiles of new and renovated buildings, and reports on products, technologies and trends in Canadian sustainable design. SABMag also provides Continuing Education articles for LEED professionals.
This annual Program recognizes and publicizes the best Canadian green buildings in nine building categories as selected by a panel of independent design and building professionals. The winning projects are published in the Summer issue of SABMag, and on the SABMag web site and Facebook page, and throughout the year in our monthly e-News – giving our sponsors [link to sponsor pdf] excellent targeted visibility for 12 months.
The Directory of Sustainable Products and Services for Sustainable, High-Performance Building is found in a special section of the SABMag Winter issue [print and digital], and on the SABMag web site. Product and service listings are organized by Product Category and by LEED Category according to LEED v4, and is a quick reference for finding products. Participating companies are also listed and linked in every print/digital issue of SABMag and FOCUS Publications, and from the SABMag Home Page and Facebook page.
SABMag publishes four regional FOCUS publications with the Canada Green Building Council Chapters in British Columbia, Prairies, Greater Toronto Area and Atlantic. They cover local building projects, programs and news and are distributed in print and digital formats, at Chapter events and seminars, and on the Chapter web sites. Click here for a Sample.
An annual supplement – published by SABMag and the CaGBC – serving as a public record of all buildings and interiors in Canada that have obtained LEED certification in the past year.
